  手工饺子怎么包简单又漂亮
  How to make hand-made dumplings simple and beautiful
  原料:饺子皮、馅。
  Ingredients: dumpling skin and stuffing.
  做法一:
  Method 1:
  1、饺子皮中间放上适量的馅。(介个好像是费话哈,不放馅能算饺子么???所以我都木把它算一步)
  1. Put some stuffing in the middle of the dumpling skin. (it seems to be a waste of time to introduce. Can dumplings be counted without stuffing??? So I can't even count it as a step.)
  2、饺子皮中间部份对捏。
  2. Knead the middle part of dumpling skin.
  3、右手虎口的部位整个合起来捏饺子的右半边。

  4、换手,用左手虎口再捏合饺子左半边。

  一个饺子就完成了。。。

  做法二:
  Method 2:
  1、把饺子皮放在手里,尽量保持其为圆形,中间略厚、四周略薄为好。

  2、在饺子皮中间放入馅料,用筷子轻轻按压使其紧凑,不要散开。

  3、将饺子皮对折,捏住其中一个对角

  4、关键的一步,在一侧三分之一位置,将饺子皮从后向前顶,捏紧其中一角。

  5、将饺子的一侧捏紧,此时饺子基本成型。按同样方法捏紧另一侧。
