Deep fried dumplings will harden the skin and taste bad.
It can be fried in oil:
1. Put a little oil in the pan and heat it over medium heat
2. Pan fry dumplings for 1 minute (until the skin starts to turn yellow)
3. Add a small amount of water in the pot, cover and simmer until the water is almost cooked
4. Fry the dumplings over low heat, and move the pan to soak the dumplings in oil.
5. Cook while it is hot.
Main points: do not stir dumplings after boiling, steam cooked, small heat fried yellow (one side yellow).
If you want two noodles yellow, you can cook it first and then fry it in oil pan.
